- 3/4 cup apple slices
- 1/2 cup cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup frozen banana slices
- 1 1/2 cup coconut water
- 2 cups leafy greens, stems removed
Put the coconut water, banana slices, and kale in the blender and turn it to high. Stop when the banana pieces break up and the kale is blended in. Pour the apples and cucumber in and blend it until everything is one smooth consistency. You can stop the blender, scrape down the sides, and stir around in the bottom as you go to make sure no chunks are stuck.
We love to serve this smoothie and a large mason jar with a straw and a sprig of mint as a garnish.
